Travellers are being advised that rail services from London Paddington station in west London are experiencing significant disruptions.
An equipment room caught fire?in London Paddington station resulting in a current suspension of services to Heathrow Airport, destinations to the west of London and services to the West of England and South Wales.? Travellers due to travel in the west London area or the above named destinations please contact either the rail operator or the office before travel

Meanwhile further train services have been affected in the Crewe area due to flooding while an estimated 160,000 people prepare to travel on Eurostar to the European continent.
A total of around 700,000 people are expected to depart from various UK airports including Gatwick Airport (320,000 people) from the 21 December 2012 until the New Year.
